1- What kind of cars you can supply?
We can supply any type of car whether its new or used. You just need to check with your country import rules & regulations. Whatever type and model of the car is allowed to import to your country we can buy and export it for you from UK.
2- Where I can find the Import Rules of my country?

3- What if, I want to Import a Vehicle in My country?
We normally have partner companies in many countries to assist you regarding import process in your country. If we don’t have any partner in your country, we can recommend a local company to you that specialises in the import process and can support you through each step if required.
4- Which Countries you Export the vehicles?
Our main destination are RHD countries including, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Japan, Australia, Zimbabwe, New Zealand, Malaysia, Malta, Kenya, Hong Kong, Thailand, South Africa, Singapore, Caribbean, Tanzania etc
5- Is the vehicle insured whilst in transit?
Yes for 1.5% of the vehicle price we can arrange the basic marine insurance cover for your vehicle whilst it is in transit. We can also offer you other higher insurance levels if you prefer.
6- How long does the process take?
We can source a used vehicle and have it ready for shipping within 1-2 weeks. New vehicles will depend on the factory order lead time. Shipping then typically takes 4-6 weeks depending on your location. Please feel free to contact us for more details regarding your country.
7- How is the vehicle shipped?
It’s entirely up to you, whether you want the vehicle shipped in a container or by air freight. We have the facilities to arrange your preferred option. All the vital paperwork such as the Bill of Lading and the vehicle V5 certificate is couriered via DHL separately.
8- How do I get the vehicle inspected?
It’s all taken care of by us. We check the vehicle before buying and let you know if there is any damage or major problem found. If you want a complete A-Z Inspection & check up., we have close working relationship with renowned inspection companies based in the U.K. They do complete inspection inside out and give us a proper report about the vehicle. We can arrange them for the clients looking to get complete report for a small cost.
9- Would you offer a line of credit L/C?
We do offer a letter of credit facility. Please talk to our team regarding the terms and conditions and how to arrange this.
10- How do you accept payment?
T/T (bank transfers) is the best possible way for payments as standard. For new or used cars, we require the deposit of approximately 10% to register your interest and commit us to working on your behalf. Once the sale has been agreed, we’d then require you to pay the balance. For factory orders, we require the deposit to secure the order with the manufacturer. The balance payment is due when the car is ready for collection from the factory.
*Please note that we do not accept cheques.
11- How does the buying process work?
There are several ways of buying the vehicles you want.
- We hold our own stock. We might have your desired vehicle available in our stock.
- You can find any vehicle on the different UK websites yourself and send us the link of that vehicle. We will then contact them and buy it for you.
- You can place your order with your budget & requirement and we can find a vehicle for you from various auctions and markets.
12- What are the other charges after buying the vehicle?
VEHICLES IN OUR STOCK
There are no extra charges applicable except the buying price if, you buy a vehicle from our available stock.
VEHICLES BUYING THROUGH US
If you find any vehicle in any auction, Online or anywhere around UK. We can buy them on your behalf. After buying the Vehicle,
the following charges are applicable,
i) TYCOON MOTORS COMMISSION
ii) LOCAL COLLECTION CHARGES
- Upto £200 If the vehicle is based in 100 Miles radius of London
- Upto £400 If the vehicle is based in 101 - 200 Miles radius of London
- Upto £600 If the vehicle is located from 201 - 300 Miles from London
All local documentation is inclusive of our commission
STORAGE CHARGES (until the Vehicle is shipped)
We don't charge for the storage in our depot until the shipping process is done but if you are planning to hold vehicle for some extra time then storage from that time will be chargeable.
VAT REFUND CHARGES (If applicable)
If Tycoon Motors buy a VAT Qualifying car on your behalf, We will charge 25% handling charges from the total VAT refunded.
FOB: Freight on board: Cost of the Car + Collection + Storage + Delivery on the UK port. .
CNF: Cost & Freight: Cost of the car + Collection + Storage + Shipping charges and you get the vehicle on your country port.
